Itinerary
Day 01:
Arrival / Negombo – Settle in at Villa Hundira.
Day 02:
Transfer to Digana. Visit the sacred Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic. Overnight stay at Rukgala Retreat.
Day 03:
Morning and evening yoga classes. Guided walk to the Meditation Caves at Bambaragala with rock climbing exploration. Overnight at Rukgala Retreat.
Day 04:
Yoga sessions morning and evening. Paddle boarding on the lake. Enjoy a full-body massage by a local therapist. Overnight at Rukgala Retreat.
Day 05:
Transfer to Galle. Rest and relax at Niyagama House.
Day 06:
Morning Hatha Vinyasa yoga class. Guided meditation and relaxation session. Optional evening yoga class. Overnight at Niyagama House.
Day 07:
Transfer to the airport for departure.
